Shipping Policy
One of a Kind Items: Upcycled Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. The shipping rate is based off of weight and location.

Bulk Items: These Items will be shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase. The shipping rate is based off of weight and location.

Custom Orders: The shipping time frame will be determined by number of items and availability of products. The shipping price will also be based off weight and location.
Return & Exchange Policy
One of a Kind Items: All of these items are Final Sale items. ​

Bulk Items: 30-day refund policy.

Custom Orders: All items will be pre-discussed, design will be provided and approved by purchaser. If you receive the items and not satisfied, you have 30 days to return all products. We will then discuss if you want the items re-made or partial refund.
